Bold Europe combines the iconic sights of Europe with exhilarating adventure not found on normal teen tours. We start in Paris with the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and authentic French cuisine. In the South of France, our challenge is a night hike up Mont Ventoux for a beautiful sunrise view from a medieval castle. Nearby, in the French Alps, we experience canyoning, our top-rated activity! This epic European sport consists of rappelling and swimming through turquoise waterfalls and river-carved gorges. Crossing into Spain through the Pyrenees Mountains, we visit Barcelona, home to world-renowned Gaudi architecture, vibrant culture and bustling markets. Students enjoy using their language skills to shop and explore. In the village of Sort, Spain's adventure capital, we raft Class III & IV rapids and give back to the area with an environmental service project.
We experience the markets, museums and magnificence of Florence and Siena, the region that Michelangelo and Leonardo Da Vinci called home. Biking through the rolling hills of Tuscany offers gorgeous panoramic views, and we stop beside beautiful vineyards for lunch. Our last night is spent in the 13th-century medieval mountain village of Labro, surrounded by cobblestone streets, towers, castles, and breathtaking views!
