We kick off our trip in the Les Deux Alps where we ski or snowboard with experienced mountain guides on the world's largest skiable glacier. Each morning we practice our downhill skills and enjoy adventure activities in the afternoon such as whitewater rafting, mountain biking, hiking water falls, and racing down a summer luge.
Romeo & Juliet's fair Verona, quaint Italian shops, and restaurants serving authentic pasta are all a delight! The jagged peaks of the Dolomites are the backdrop for three days of backpacking and rock climbing among these cloud-veiled peaks.
World famous Interlaken is our home as we get comfortable at a local Swiss farms. We wake board, water ski and spend some more time on the slopes with the towering Alps surrounding us. For our service project we have the opportunity to give back to the beautiful areas we've been enjoying. In Saas Fee we spend three more days on the slopes and go on a canyon adventure: climbing along ladders, bouldering up rocks and crossing the canyon on a zip-line. The town of Zermatt allows for some souvenir shopping and relaxation before we say goodbye to our new friends and the trip of a lifetime!
