I began working with BOLD EARTH in the summer of 2005. My first trip was a 6 week road trip surfing and kayaking around Baja, Mexico. It was an amazing experience full of whales, dolphins, and even sea lions. Since then I have lead in Hawaii and this past summer a trip for younger participants in Colorado. For many of my campers, BOLD EARTH is their first experience living outdoors away from home. I am always so impressed with their immediate abilities to adapt and make each trip a complete success for everyone involved!
What BOLD EARTH means to me?: New friendships and life-long memories. Three weeks of adventuring, living, cooking and laughing together creates an unforgetable experience.

What I do when I'm not at BOLD EARTH: You can usually find me riding my bike to work, practicing yoga, and learning to Tele-Ski!
