Heather Mohr

I have worked with at-risk youth and families for the past 6 years in many exciting and diverse ways. My skills have carried me from the hallways of a unique child abuse intervention school, to the gorgeous and therapeutic hiking trails of Hawaii to the disaster and aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. What I love most about working with youth is the different challenges that come with each situation and the incredible bonds that form when patience is practiced and trust is the foundation.

What BOLD EARTH means to me?: BOLD EARTH is the dream job! Travel, push the limits physically and mentally, create bonds with amazing teens and adventure enthusiasts and creating memories of a lifetime...What could be better?!

Favorite Quote: "Will you marry me?" or how about..."You got the job!"

What I do when I'm not at BOLD EARTH: You can find me at the beach playing in the surf, sand, sun, hiking, skateboarding, practicing yoga or curled up with a good book under a certain palm tree. I've also been busy working on and launching Hippie Sacks Hawaii, a funky line of eco-conscious beach bags made from found, re-purposed fabrics of the islands.
