I started leading outdoor trips in high school. I have been on lots of outdoor trips that have made me well versed in backpacking, white water rafting, kayaking, fly-fishing, rock climbing, and backcountry skiing. I am a certified Wilderness First Responder. I also have my lifeguard and CPR certification. I am an Aspen Ski CO ski instructor at Snowmass and Buttermilk Mountain.
What BOLD EARTH means to me?: I love leading AAVE trips because I feel that they foster a unique experience in which each person connects with a wild place while having a profound life changing and inspiring summer! AAVE adventures allows for a summer in which everyone on the trip can live in the present moment. The best part is reflecting on a summer where 12 strangers started a trip and ended it close friends with amazing memories!

What makes the muskrat guard his musk? Courage! What makes the sphinx the seventh wonder? Courage! What makes the dawn come up like thunder? Courage! What makes the Hottentot so hot? What puts the "ape" in apricot?."-The Cowardly Lion from The Wizard of Oz
What I do when I'm not at BOLD EARTH: I am enjoying a life full of interesting studies, skiing, mountain biking, rock-climbing, yoga, playing the mandolin and banjo, dancing, and being with beautiful people.
