Neall Epstein

Originally hailing from the lush mountains and forestlands of North Vancouver, Neall is proud to be returning to Bold Earth for his fifth summer. Neall began his world tour of leadership experience as a ski and snowboard guide in the French Alps. After two power-packed winters, he spent time surfing in Morocco and as a swimming coach in London. Neall then worked on his Spanish, started a library and volunteered in a local school while living in Olacapato, Argentina, the world's seventh highest city. Neall has traveled across Spain and Portugal by car, cycled across France, skied in Japan, hiked in Korea, rode a camel through Egypt, ice skated in Latvia and ate breakfast in Dracula's hometown in Romania. Neall is certified in First Aid, CPR and as a Lifeguard. Neall has led Bold Earth trips all over Europe, and is thrilled to be leading Bold Earth's Wild Isles Adventure this summer.

What BOLD EARTH means to me?: BOLD EARTH is an amazing program that encourages me as a leader to guide, teach, learn, and explore just as much as my participants! BOLD EARTH has opened a door to a new, amazing program that allows me to work with such a great group of people and explore the most beautiful areas of the world with my wonderful students.

What I do when I'm not at BOLD EARTH: I teach physical education at a high school in Montreal. I'm always seeking out another adventure in travel or sports and I am constantly in search of the world's most delicious bagel.
