Sarah S.

Trip leader

Sarah grew up in Mound, MN, exploring the acres of unused farmland in her backyard. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Northeastern University, and since 2008, Sarah has traveled to 19 countries and five continents. She’s worked as the facilitator and lead consultant for Northeastern University’s LEAD360 Voices for Social Change program, teaching leadership techniques to organizations. She is a wilderness first responder, advanced PADI open water diver, and lifeguard. Sarah’s leadership philosophy is based on forming deep and meaningful connections, fostering open communication, and having unbelievable amounts of fun. She is excited to return to Bold Earth for her fourth summer as a trip leader!
