Trip leader: Costa Rica Discovery 1 & Costa Rica Active 2

Tziporah was born in Alaska and grew up in different parts of the world, spending the most time in South East Asia and Mexico. She then moved to New Orleans to study Anthropology at Tulane University where she worked with immigrant and refugee youth from Central and South America as an English tutor and translator. She conducted field research in Tanzania and Australia before moving to Bend, OR to work as a wilderness therapy field instructor. She now works on developing a youth boxing program in Bend and spent this last spring naturalist guiding across California. Tziporah is a wilderness EMT and lifeguard and joins Bold Earth for her first summer.
