Certifications: Wilderness First Responder (WFR), CPR, Shallow Water Lifeguard

 

Outside of summer, James spends his Spring and Fall working as an outdoor instructor in South Korea. Like a migratory bird, he returns home in winter to spend time with family. As a child, hiking sparked his love of the outdoors and a desire to lead others into nature’s playgrounds. With experience in backpacking, canoeing, and sea kayaking, he enjoys trying any new activity in the outdoors, which most recently led to skiing this past winter! In his free time, you can find him rock climbing with friends, taking pictures, or strumming a guitar.
