Naomi is a New England local, originally from Simsbury, Connecticut. Her first love was the NPS, influenced by her family’s yearly road trips driving from National Park to National Park for 14 summers in a row! Her continuing love for the outdoors led her to Northern Arizona University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Management.

Since graduating, she has worked as an outdoor camp guide in Yellowstone, Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, and the Grand Canyon. Naomi has also worked as an outdoor educator in Connecticut, California, and New Hampshire – inspiring youth to foster deeper connections with our natural world.

For the past three summers, Naomi has led students to Sweden, Peru, and Chile for travel and service program trips focusing on leadership development, cultural immersion, and service-learning. However, this is her FIRST summer with Bold Earth and she couldn’t be happier!
