How We Choose Our Leaders
Working a summer at Bold Earth is one of the most unique job experiences you’re likely to find. It’s also one of the most challenging. Our leaders act as role models, setting the tone for an environment of acceptance and inclusion
Our Hiring Process:
- Minimum of three interviews
- Reference checks and background verification
- Comprehensive youth leadership training
- Ongoing professional development
